Cela entra\u00eene une d\u00e9coloration du fer et de l&#8217;acier et une perte de leur qualit\u00e9. Rien de positif. Votre entreprise exp\u00e9die-t-elle souvent des pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques sensibles \u00e0 la rouille ? Si oui, n\u2019oubliez pas d\u2019y ajouter une bonne protection anticorrosion. Un simple \u00ab\u00a0emballage VCI\u00a0\u00bb peut faire l\u2019affaire. Lisez ci-dessous comment cela fonctionne.<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1. Qu\u2019est-ce que la corrosion\u00a0? Quels risques pr\u00e9sente-t-elle\u00a0?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Corrosion&#8221; est un mot g\u00e9n\u00e9rique qui d\u00e9signe toute forme d\u2019attaque chimique sur les mat\u00e9riaux.\u00a0 Cette r\u00e9action a un effet n\u00e9gatif sur la qualit\u00e9 de ces derniers. La mati\u00e8re :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>deviendra plus faible,<\/li>\n<li>r\u00e9duira de volume,<\/li>\n<li>se d\u00e9colorera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une des formes sp\u00e9cifiques de corrosion est la rouille. Elle \u00a0appara\u00eet lorsque le <strong>fer<\/strong> (acier) est attaqu\u00e9 par l&#8217;oxyg\u00e8ne et l&#8217;eau. Le fer s&#8217;oxyde et prend une couleur brun-rouge. La corrosion peut \u00e9galement se produire avec le <strong>cuivre<\/strong> (qui deviendra vert), l&#8217;<strong>aluminium<\/strong> (qui aura une couleur blanch\u00e2tre) ou l&#8217;<strong>argent<\/strong> (qui deviendra noir au contact du soufre). La protection anticorrosion garantit le maintien de la qualit\u00e9 de vos produits. Comment se produit la corrosion ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La corrosion se produit lorsqu&#8217;un m\u00e9tal est expos\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;oxyg\u00e8ne et \u00e0 l&#8217;eau. Nous voulons donc absolument \u00e9viter la formation d&#8217;humidit\u00e9. Il est imp\u00e9ratif de porter une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la protection anticorrosion dans 2 situations en particulier :<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #1e4fb0;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #d52f13;\">\u25ba<\/span> <span style=\"color: #276ef1;\">Transport outre-mer<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lorsque vous transportez des produits par voie maritime, il y a de fortes chances qu&#8217;ils entrent en contact avec l&#8217;humidit\u00e9. Un contact avec l&#8217;eau de mer ou les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques maritimes peuvent en \u00eatre la cause. Plus vos produits sont en mouvement longtemps, plus les risques de corrosion sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si les produits sont transport\u00e9s par conteneur, l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans le conteneur sera un facteur de risque suppl\u00e9mentaire. Les experts conseillent donc de ne pas utiliser de mat\u00e9riaux dont le taux d&#8217;humidit\u00e9 est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 15 % et de doter vos produits d&#8217;une protection anticorrosion de qualit\u00e9.<sup>1<\/sup><\/p>\n<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #1e4fb0;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #d52f13;\">\u25ba<\/span><span style=\"color: #276ef1;\"> Automne et hiver<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une saison est plus favorable \u00e0 la corrosion que l\u2019autre. L&#8217;automne et l&#8217;hiver sont souvent les plus humides. La pluie et la neige sont alors des dangers pour vos produits, au risque de les rouiller. La rouille blanche en est un exemple pr\u00e9cis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La rouille blanche se marque sur l&#8217;acier galvanis\u00e9 \u00e0 chaud qui est entr\u00e9 en contact avec l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 pendant le transport ou le stockage, et qui est \u00e9galement mal ventil\u00e9. \u00c0 un moment donn\u00e9, l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 commence \u00e0 se condenser et des taches blanches apparaissent sur l&#8217;acier. Comment pr\u00e9venir la corrosion ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La protection anticorrosion est plus importante que jamais. Tout commence par un stockage et transport bien pens\u00e9s. On distingue 3 types de protection anticorrosion : les emballages VCI, le papier goudronn\u00e9 arm\u00e9\/kraft paraffin\u00e9 et les sachets d\u00e9shydratants.<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #1e4fb0;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #d52f13;\">\u25ba<\/span> <span style=\"color: #276ef1;\">Emballages VCI<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">VCI est l&#8217;abr\u00e9viation de &#8220;<em>Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor<\/em>&#8220;. Il fonctionne comme suit : dans un espace isol\u00e9 (comme une caisse), l\u2019emballage VCI cr\u00e9e une couche invisible sur les surfaces m\u00e9talliques. La couche VCI ne modifie pas les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du m\u00e9tal, mais au contraire, bloque la capacit\u00e9 de l&#8217;oxyg\u00e8ne et de l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 \u00e0 le corroder. Une fois d\u00e9ball\u00e9es, ces pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques peuvent imm\u00e9diatement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es. Le nettoyage ou le d\u00e9graissage n&#8217;est donc pas n\u00e9cessaire.<sup>3<\/sup><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vous trouverez ci-dessous quelques exemples d&#8217;emballages VCI populaires. Un cas particulier est celui du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rajapack.be\/fr_BE\/calage-protection\/materiaux-anticorrosion\/papier-anticorrosion-vci_PDT00745.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">papier avec une couche de VCI<\/a>. Il a m\u00e9lang\u00e9 un agent anticorrosion avec des huiles pour cr\u00e9er une alternative rapide et \u00e9cologique aux graisses et huiles traditionnelles.<\/li>\n<li>Le VCI a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle pour la premi\u00e8re fois par l&#8217;arm\u00e9e am\u00e9ricaine en 1940 ? Les \u00c9tats-Unis l\u2019ont utilis\u00e9 pour exp\u00e9dier des armes, des pi\u00e8ces, etc. pendant la Seconde Guerre Mondiale.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #1e4fb0;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #d52f13;\">\u25ba<\/span> <span style=\"color: #276ef1;\">Papier goudronn\u00e9 arm\u00e9 ou papier kraft paraffin\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il n&#8217;y a pas que les emballages VCI qui forment un tampon contre la corrosion. Il existe plusieurs autres solutions. Par exemple, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rajapack.be\/fr_BE\/calage-protection\/materiaux-anticorrosion\/papier-goudronne-arme_PDT00714.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">papier goudronn\u00e9 arm\u00e9<\/a> (une couche de bitume renforc\u00e9e par une grille en polyester recouvertes de 2 feuilles de papier interkraft). Ce papier est notamment utilis\u00e9 pour les emballages maritimes. Cette protection peut servir de doublure pour les caisses d&#8217;exportation en carton et en bois, les suremballages et les emballages imperm\u00e9ables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un autre exemple est le papier recouvert d\u2019une couche de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rajapack.be\/fr_BE\/calage-protection\/materiaux-anticorrosion\/papier-kraft-paraffine_PDT00764.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">paraffine<\/a>. Combinez votre emballage VCI avec un sachet d\u00e9shydratant. Le sachet d\u00e9shydratant absorbe l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duit ainsi les risques de corrosion. Comment utiliser un emballage anticorrosion VCI ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ce qui concerne les emballages VCI, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de prendre en compte les r\u00e8gles suivantes. C&#8217;est la seule fa\u00e7on de garantir une performance optimale.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Veillez \u00e0 ce que vos pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques soient propres et s\u00e8ches. Laissez-les \u00e9galement s&#8217;acclimater \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature ambiante avant de les emballer (les chocs thermiques peuvent provoquer de la condensation).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il ne doit pas y avoir de corrosion naissante sur votre produit.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Portez des gants lorsque vous manipulez des emballages VCI.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il ne doit pas y avoir de contact direct entre vos pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques et tous mat\u00e9riaux favorisant la corrosion (par exemple, le bois ou le carton).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Appliquez l&#8217;emballage VCI avec la face imprim\u00e9e vers l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fermez compl\u00e8tement l&#8217;emballage. C&#8217;est la seule fa\u00e7on de garantir son bon fonctionnement.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vos pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques doivent de nouveau \u00e9galement s&#8217;acclimater \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature ambiante lors du d\u00e9ballage de ces derni\u00e8res. Cela permet d&#8217;\u00e9viter que la condensation ne se forme \u00e0 nouveau.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9ballage, vos pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques sont imm\u00e9diatement pr\u00eates \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi.
